Boss Cave is a cave dive site in Roatán, Caribbean.
Overview
Boss Cave features cavern and overhang formations within the Sandy Bay reef wall, offering sheltered swim-throughs where light filters in from above. Glassy sweepers and silversides congregate in the darker recesses, and marine life seeks shelter under the larger overhangs. Outside the formations, the reef wall is covered with sea fans, tube sponges, and healthy star coral colonies. Visibility is generally 20 to 40 meters, with water temperatures from 26 to 29 degrees Celsius.

Dive Profile
Approach the cave entrance carefully and assess conditions before entering. Maintain excellent buoyancy to avoid disturbing sediment. Follow the cave walls and always keep the entrance in sight unless properly trained for overhead environments. Exit the same way you entered.
