Overview
The Hamata coastline features a banana-shaped coral ridge stretching over 1.5 km in front of Lahami Bay Beach Resort. Outer sections of this housereef are accessible via zodiac or speedboat from the beach station and offer seven different dive spots along the outer reef structure. The fringing reef features typical Fury Shoals coastal characteristics: diverse coral formations, dramatic drop-offs, and rich fish communities.
