Secret Wall is a wall dive site in Philippines Malapascua, Asia.

Overview

Secret Wall is a steep vertical wall on the less-frequented western side of Malapascua, dropping from the shallows down past 30 meters into open water. The wall face is draped with sea fans and soft corals, and its remoteness means it sees less traffic than Gato Island, giving it an uncrowded, raw feel. Strong currents can sweep across the wall and push pelagics close to the edge, making careful drift technique and a late-dive safety stop in the blue essential.

Marine Life

Secret Wall’s less-trafficked face is draped in sea fans and soft corals that shelter pygmy seahorses, crinoid-clinging shrimp, and nudibranchs for macro hunters working the wall. Strong currents push grey reef sharks, barracuda, and trevally close to the wall edge, creating pelagic encounters alongside the invertebrate-rich structure. Hawksbill turtles are occasionally seen resting in the sea fan garden during quieter current conditions.
